Department of Industrial and Business Management
Business Management
The USC Department of Business Management was founded in 2012. At present, it has five full-time faculty members and a number of professional and committed part-time professors.
Offering a bachelor’s degree in business management, it aims to provide governmental and non-governmental organizations, offices, institutes and companies with skilled workforce in the field.
The graduates would have the opportunity to engage in the following activities:
- Run staff management departments of production and social organizations in order to aid their managers.
- Run organizations or their production, research and development, financial, sales and information departments.
- Transform organizations by reshuffling their staff and improving their management methods.
- Create jobs and begin new activities in new organizations.
- Design, initiate and manage organizational transformations.
The graduates are expected to grow up in ranks and occupy higher positions in organizations after gaining sufficient experience. They are also able to engage in research projects conducted in large institutes.
Master of business management has the following subdisciplines: marketing management, international marketing management, transformation management, financial management, insurance management, international business management and so on.
Industrial Management
The USC Department of Industrial Management was founded in 1999. At present, it has five full-time faculty members and a number of professional and committed part-time professors.
Offering a bachelor’s degree in industrial management, it aims to provide governmental and non-governmental factories, institutes and companies with skilled workforce in the field. It also aims to teach students about the application of scientific methods in management.
The graduates have the ability to undertake different responsibilities in trade associations and industrial organizations and are expected to grow up in ranks and occupy higher positions in organizations after gaining sufficient experience. Moreover, they would have the opportunity to work in product management, quality control, industrial protection, project control and other departments engaged in quantitative analysis.
